Prenant favorablement en compte l’actuelle évolution des événements, et n’étant qu’une voix parmi tant d’autres, nous nous permettons, en humble citoyen, d’adresser des messages forts en direction surtout des populations laborieuses afin de susciter la recherche de l’unité sacrée autour de l’essentiel : sauvegarder le Tchad tout en œuvrant à son renouveau, à l’épanouissement qui lui sied. Partant du désarroi des populations que nous côtoyons au quotidien et de la gravité des problèmes résultant des différentes crises qui secouent le Tchad, nous ne pouvons que lancer un appel vibrant quant aux dispositions et aux mesures à envisager pour gérer au mieux notre pays aux fins d’une véritable réconciliation nationale, inscrite dans l’harmonie. La porte reste à notre avis, ouverte aux opportunités qui s’offrent aux autorités politiques et administratives pour ramener la paix sociale, réconcilier les cœurs et les esprits dans le respect d’un Tchad pluriel et riche de son exceptionnelle diversité ethnique et culturelle. Il importe donc à chaque citoyen, et par-delà, à toute la communauté nationale de s’assumer, de faire preuve de sacrifice et de large ouverture d’esprit en vue de contribuer largement à l’éclosion du Tchad nouveau et à l’anéantissement de l’ensemble des freins et obstacles susceptibles de mettre en cause une stabilité sociale multiséculaire. C’est à ce prix, à ce sacrifice de plus, que les populations, apprendront à mieux se connaître, à cohabiter dans un respect réciproque pour œuvrer en commun et gagner la seule bataille qui vaille , à savoir celle du développement durable ,dans la paix et la concorde définitives , un développement inspiré par la bonne gouvernance que chaque citoyen, à tout instant, appelle de tous ses vœux pieux.
