Quel bilan faites-vous après trois d’existences sur l’échiquier politique nationale ?
Le parti UN NOUVEAU JOUR existe sur la scène politique tchadienne depuis plus de trois ans. Les réalisations que nous avons eues en trois ans démontrent à suffisance le sérieux qui a conduit à la création du parti. Le parti UN NOUVEAU JOUR compte aujourd’hui parmi les partis politiques de l’opposition reconnus pour leur sérieux et leur constance dans la défense des intérêts de la population tchadienne. Le parti a aujourd’hui trois années d’existence. Nous avons réussi en très si peu de temps à nous implanter sur une grande partie du territoire national. Nous avons de grandes ambitions de portée nationale. Nous visons la conquête du pouvoir. Notre réflexion quotidienne tourne autour de cette question majeure : comment s’organiser au mieux pour, un jour, arriver à la magistrature suprême ? La réponse à cette question passe par un bon score aux élections législatives et communales à venir. Toutefois, nous n’avançons pas tête baissée. Nous allons faire la politique de nos moyens. Ce sera notre première participation aux échéances électorales. Un résultat probant rassurera la population que nous allons solliciter pour des consultations de portée nationale. Pour ainsi dire, nous n’allons pas présenter des candidats en désordre. Nous ne présenterons que des candidats sérieux qui ne trahiront pas la confiance du peuple et là où nous aurons toute la chance de gagner.
La jeunesse tchadienne ne croit presque plus aux hommes politiques. Alors, quelles stratégies comptez-vous mettre en place pour amener la population à adhérer à l’idéologie de votre parti ?
Il n’y a pas de stratégie magique. Notre stratégie, c’est notre sérieux et notre constance aux côtés de la population qui nous observe. Nous estimons qu’il y aura un retour le moment venu. Notre objectif à court terme est d’envoyer au maximum des jeunes à l’Assemblée Nationale pour changer la face des débats politiques à l’hémicycle. Il n’y a que la jeunesse pour comprendre ses problèmes. Comme le lieu où se prennent de grandes décisions concernant l’avenir de la jeunesse est l’Assemblée Nationale, cette jeunesse doit prendre toute sa place et décider elle-même de son avenir, sans ignorer le rôle important que peuvent jouer les personnes âgées qui sont à l’écoute de la jeunesse. Elles seront considérées comme le fondement sur lequel les jeunes vont bâtir leur édifice en évitant les erreurs du passé et profiter du positif.
Malgré les cris, les lamentations de la population sur leur situation sociale ces derniers temps, nos gouvernants continuent par faire sourdes d’oreilles. Votre analyse à cet effet…
Le parti UN NOUVEAU JOUR n’est pas un parti au gouvernement. C’est à cause des cris et des lamentations de la population, dus à la mal-gouvernance du régime MPS, que nous avons décidé de le combattre jusqu’à ce qu’il quitte le pouvoir. Nous nous tiendrons aux côtés du peuple. Nous souffrirons ensemble pour lutter ensemble jusqu’à la victoire finale. La gabegie n’a que trop duré. Le peuple tchadien doit dire au MPS que cela suffit. Nous voulons maintenant vivre et jouir des revenus de la richesse nationale selon les règles de l’équité et dans la justice. Les tchadiens se valent et sont tous copropriétaires de la richesse nationale.
Le Tchad a organisé un forum national inclusif il y a de cela deux ans. Lequel forum a vu naitre de ses cendres la constitution d’une 4ème République qui en son article 68 dit que pour être candidat à la présidentielle, il faut avoir au minimum 45ans. Est ce n’est pas une manière d’écarter ou encore moins de sous-estimer la jeunesse à gérer le pays ?
Le Président DEBY sait que l’heure de la jeunesse a sonné. Qu’il pleuve ou qu’il neige, la jeunesse tchadienne est décidée à prendre le pouvoir et à le gérer. Les manœuvres de ce régime ne passeront pas. L’on ne peut pas accepter d’être électeur et non éligible. Nous allons lutter jusqu’à ce que l’âge minimum pour se présenter à l’élection présidentielle soit ramené à trente (30) ans au lieu de trente-cinq (35) comme précédemment et que le régime a porté jusqu’à quarante-cinq (45) ans. La jeunesse doit dire non à cette politique d’exclusion. Qu’elle soit débout lorsque des actions seront organisées à cette fin.
L’opposition tchadienne continue par mener son combat pour l’alternance en ordre dispersée. Ne pensez-vous pas que vous devriez faire taire vos querelles pour espérer faires triompher vos idéaux ?
L’opposition tchadienne ne sera jamais organisée. Si organisation il y a, elle ne durera que le temps de sa mise en place. Cependant, cela ne doit pas décourager la population. Il y a sur la scène politique nationale aujourd’hui des acteurs sérieux, dignes de confiance que la population peut suivre et les porter à la magistrature suprême. Des consultations sont en cours entre des acteurs crédibles. L’avenir nous le dira. Par contre, les divisions auxquelles nous assistons ces dernières semaines n’ont aucun but autre que le ventre. Il faut se positionner au bon endroit et au bon moment pour que les miettes qui tombent de la table du MPS puissent nous parvenir. Voilà les vraies raisons de la division au sein de l’opposition. Il y en a qui se disent de l’opposition mais qui sont plus MPS que le MPS. Les activités de la CENI et du CNDP nous le démontrent. La mise en place actuelle des démembrements de la CENI en dit long.
Quel bilan faites-vous des crises économiques que connait le Tchad ces dernières années ?
Le Tchad est entré dans une crise jamais connue de toute son histoire. Même sous le premier régime où l’économie était encore balbutiante, le peuple n’a pas connu une telle souffrance. Si le Président était un homme d’honneur, qui aime son peuple, il devait déjà démissionner pour laisser quelqu’un d’autre venir redresser la situation parce qu’il a atteint ses limites. Mais la peur de l’après pouvoir le maintien à son fauteuil alors même que les tchadiens ne sont pas rancuniers. Ils sauront lui pardonner ses multiples fautes. Nous lui demandons humblement de faire le bilan de ses trente années de pouvoir et de ne plus se présenter aux prochaines élections pour le bonheur du peuple tchadien.
Le chef de la diplomatie Française à séjours le mois dernier pendant quelque jours au Tchad mais ce dernier a refusé de s’entretenir avec les chefs des partis l’opposition. Ne pensez-vous pas que c’est une manière pour lui de fuir les grands débats et/ou de continuer par soutenir Deby ?
La France n’a pas d’intérêt à soutenir DEBY. Les accords lient le Tchad à la France et non la France à un régime, moins encore à IDRISS DEBY. Nous demandons à la France de considérer ce lien d’amitié qui doit survivre aux régimes. La situation sécuritaire sous régionale ne doit plus servir de moyen de chantage de DEBY à l’égard des partenaires du Tchad. L’on n’a pas forcément besoin d’un général au pouvoir pour lutter contre le DJIHADISME. Après DE GAULE, la France n’a jamais connu un régime militaire. Pourtant, la France a toujours fait ses preuves sur le terrain militaire. La preuve est que c’est toujours elle qui vient sauver militairement le régime MPS face aux rebelles. Cette crainte de la communauté internationale n’a pas sa raison d’être.
