Face à cette situation, le ministère en charge de l’enseignement supérieur est sensé intervenir voire plaider auprès de ses partenaires afin que les conditions des études au Tchad soient améliorées, et pour que l’étudiant du pays de Toumaї se rivalisent au concert des nations. Car, c’est en bien formant sa jeunesse qu’on aspirera au développement du pays.
