Toujours selon ce même communiqué, « il n’appartient pas à Jean-Bernard Padaré, militant du MPS de suspendre un élu de la localité, de surcroît placé sous la tutelle de l’administration territoriale ». A travers cet acte, « le préfet du département se trouve ainsi dénié de ses prérogatives… », poursuit le communiqué.
« C’est un tissu de mensonge…Quand on vous fait une faveur et qu’on la retire, il ne faut pas transformer cette faveur en un droit », réplique Jean Bernard Padaré qui se voit directement indexé par le communiqué de l’URD. « Nos n’avons pas de leçons à recevoir de l’URD », ajoute-t-il d’une voix posée.
Selon lui, le MPS est majoritaire dans la ville de Sarh donc il est de la responsabilité de ses leaders de décider qui doit être maire et qui doit être adjoint au maire. Autrement dit, le préfet seul ne peut installer les maires, il ne fait qu’exécuter le procès-verbal qu’il a reçu et c’est ce qui a été fait, voudrait-il faire savoir.
Alors que dans son communiqué de presse, l’URD s’interroge sur « le rôle sulfureux que joue Jean-Bernard Padaré dans la vie politique du Moyen-Chari » et interpelle le Conseil militaire de transition et son gouvernement « à mettre un terme à cette démarche scabreuse des caciques du MPS qui annihile les efforts de refondation ». Jean-Bernard Padaré, quant à lui, met l’URD de Félix Nialbé au défi et rappelle que la ville de Sarh est majoritairement MPS.
