L’annonce a été faite par le Directeur de l’Agence béninoise de régulation pharmaceutique (Abrp) ce mercredi 05 octobre via un communiqué.
Le Directeur de l’Agence béninoise de régulation pharmaceutique (Abrp), Yossounon Chabi a adressée une correspondance en date du 05 octobre, aux structures pharmaceutiques, hôpitaux et autres acteurs du secteur de la santé. Dans son communiqué, il a alerté sur le retrait des ibuprofènes comprimés de toutes les établissements pharmaceutiques.
En effet, c’est au terme des prélèvements de médicaments réalisées par l’Abrp dans certaines officines de pharmacie sur toute l’étendue du territoire national, que cette décision a été prise par l’autorité de l’Abrp. Les résultats de l’analyse des produits dans un laboratoire pré-qualifié par l’OMS révèlent que les lots d’ibuprofènes numéro 9E02024, 9E01023 puis 9E03025 du fabriquant Ciron Drugs Pharmarceutical PVT LTD sont impropres à la consommation.
Raison pour laquelle, l’Agence béninoise de régulation pharmaceutique exhorte tous les établissements pharmaceutiques et toutes les structures sanitaires à retirer de leurs stocks, les comprimés du lot concernés et à les retourner, sans délai aux Sociétés des grossistes-répartiteurs pour les dispositions qui s’imposent.
